HOLDEN TILING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD, a BCA (Building Construction Authority) registered builder was incorporated in July 1974. Class One Builder’s Licence was obtained in 2009.

Under the leadership of our Managing Director, Mr Lim Yu Teck, a veteran with over 40 years of experiences in the construction industry, our organization evolves and engages in Good Class Bungalows projects, major Additions & Alterations and Reconstruction projects, Conservations Projects as well as Commercial upgrading projects.

We had collaborated with various Architects and Consultants in our many past and recent projects, and had achieved some outstanding design awards from the Singapore institute of Architects and other awards.

Through the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, the OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Audit System, the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems and the endorsement from Workplace Safety & Health Council for the bizSafe Enterprise STAR, we are confident to be able to excel in our services and provide good quality services, safe & healthy workplace to our valued Clients and Customers.
